HiveU is a campus marketplace for services and physical goods. Use HiveU to find helpers, offer your skills, discover goods, and sell items to your campus community.
Can I buy and sell with the same account?
Yes. One account can explore the marketplace and offer services or list goods. Follow the setup steps shown in the app for each activity.
How do service bookings work?
Choose a helper and review their services. Book an available option or send a booking request with the service and time you need. The app shows the next steps and the price before you pay.
How do payments and completion work?
For services paid through HiveU, checkout shows the applicable fees. Once the service is complete, the buyer shares the completion code with the helper. Payouts depend on completion and the helper’s payout eligibility. Goods follow the payment and handoff options shown for that transaction in the app.
What if I need help with an order?
Use the app’s reporting options or contact HiveU support for account, booking, payment, or safety questions. Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed based on the transaction and applicable policies.
Is HiveU affiliated with my university?
HiveU is independently operated by HIVEU LLC. Campus names identify the communities we serve and do not imply university sponsorship or endorsement.
