Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You pay through the app when you book, and the helper is paid after the job is completed and confirmed with your 4-digit completion code.
You can report content or block a user directly in the app. Our team reviews reports and takes action where warranted.
Open the app, go to your profile settings, and choose to close your account. You can also email us and we'll assist.
